- Decision on the future tools of CEPEJ-GT-CYBERJUST
Décision sur les outils futurs du CEPEJ-GT-CYBERJUST
On the basis of the list decided during the 1st meeting of the CEPEJ-GT-CYBERJUST (see the report of the meeting), the Working Group will have to decide which are the concrete tools to be developed in the short or medium term among the themes recalled below. Concrete proposals can be sent to the Secretariat before the meeting.
Sur la base de la liste décidée lors de la 1ère réunion du CEPEJ-GT-CYBERJUST (voir le rapport de la réunion), le Groupe de travail devra décider quels sont les outils concrets à développer à court ou moyen terme parmi les thématiques rappelées ci-dessous. Des propositions concrètes peuvent être envoyées au Secrétariat avant la réunion.
In order to fulfil its tasks, the CEPEJ-GT-CYBERJUST shall in particular develop concrete tools concerning the following topics:
- Digitalisation of courts, procedure and files
- Online ADR
- Enforcement procedures within a digital framework
- Artificial intelligence in Justice
Pour accomplir son mandat, le CEPEJ-GT-CYBERJUST devra en particulier développer des outils concrets concernant les thèmes suivants :
- Numérisation des tribunaux, des procédures et des dossiers
- ADR en ligne
- Procédure d’exécution dans le cadre numérique
- Intelligence artificielle dans le domaine de la justice
