2023 Edition of the European Day on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse will focus on learning from victims/survivors of childhood sexual violence to inspire policy change. In this context, we are conducting research to learn more about the various ways victims/survivors are already engaging with policy makers to inspire change. We are inviting organisations working on child participation and/or the protection of children against sexual abuse and exploitation, in the 48 State Parties to the Lanzarote Convention to carry out child participation consultations as a contribution to the next monitoring round of the Lanzarote Committee on the protection of children against sexual abuse in the circle of trust by 3 November 2023.
