Should interpreter services be included/offered, or will the group be accompanied by their own interpreters? |
Interpreting services will be arranged separately by the Council of Europe through its Framework Contract; therefore, tenderers are not required to include or provide interpretation services in their offers. Tenderers are, however, required to provide the necessary interpretation equipment as part of their services. |

Regarding the “Design adjustment and printing of colour hard copies of the TC Handbook in Ukrainian (72 pages)” – should the final product be a brochure (A4/A5) with offset printing, high-quality paper, and special finishing? |
The final product to be printed is the full Handbook in Ukrainian. Tenderers may consult the handbook and its current layout on the Pompidou Group webpage under Publications (available at: https://rm.coe.int/prisontc-handbook-uk/1680b1ef0c) The final product should be an A4 Handbook (72 pages), printed in full colour using high-quality paper and professional finishing. Tenderers are invited to specify the proposed paper type, printing method (e.g. offset printing) and finishing details in their offer. |

Does “CoE visibility” refer to specific design requirements or the use of a logo? |
“CoE visibility” refers to the use of the Council of Europe’s official logo in accordance with its visual identity guidelines (Logo - download - The Council of Europe in brief). Detailed specifications will be provided to the selected tenderer. |

Notepad – is the intended size A5? |
Yes, the notepad should be in A5 format, with a minimum of 30 pages. It can be spiral-bound (either at the top or on the left side) or simply bound and produced in a standard format. |

Name badges – what size and specifications are required (single- or double-sided, laminated cardboard or PVC)? Are there any specific CoE standards? |
There are no strict specifications for name badges, the design is to be proposed by the service provider. The recommended size is 9 × 13 cm, although alternatives may be considered. Laminated cardboard is sufficient, but PVC may also be used (the proposal should remain cost-efficient). Badges may have one or two perforations for the lanyard, can be printed on one side, and must include Council of Europe visibility (logo and/or project title). |
