The following are the prerequisites to install browser extensions on Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome:
Disable the pop-up blocker.
Internet connection is required to install Chrome browser extension.
Administrator privileges are required to install Internet Explorer Browser Helper Object.
Microsoft .NET framework 4.5 or above is required in the browser machine to install Internet Explorer Browser Helper Object.
Perform the following for content transfer operations to work in Internet Explorer:
Install JRE 1.7 or later
Remove the TabProcGrowth entry (if available) from HKEY_CURRENT_USER or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Internet Explorer/Main/TabProcGrowth.
Disable the Enable Enhanced Protected Mode option in Internet Options > Advanced > Security.
Disable the Enable Protected Mode option in all zones in Internet Options > Security.
Enable the Enable third-party browser extensions option in Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing.
Enable the Automatically detect intranet network option in all zones in Internet Options > Security > Local intranet > Sites.
(Only for Kerberos SSO environment) Disable the Display intranet sites in Compatibility View and Use Microsoft compatibility lists options.
