To set a version label for a virtual document:

1. Navigate to the virtual document, and select it.

2. Select Tools > Virtual Document > Modify Version Labels.

3. Enter a version label.

4. To apply the version label to all descendants of the virtual document, check apply to all descendants.

5. Click OK.
