When you click a DRL to access a document version that is deleted from the repository, a warning message is displayed indicating that the version is no longer available. When you click OK, Webtop accesses the current version of the document and prompts you to choose to view or edit the document before opening the document. For example, if you click the DRL of version 1.2 of a document, and if that version has been deleted from the repository, a warning message is displayed indicating that version 1.2 is no longer available. When you click OK, Webtop prompts you to view or edit the Current Version of the document.

Configure Webtop to enable access to the current version of a document when you use the DRL of the deleted version of the document. The Documentum Web Development Kit Development Guide contains more information.
