Since 2014, Irina Corobcenco is part of the Promo-LEX team, a human rights organization, from the Republic of Moldova. Mrs. Corobcenco is specialized in the Political Marketing and Communication field, with over 5 years of experience in voter and civic education field and over 2 years of experience in preventing and combating hate speech and incitement to discrimination.

In 2016 she obtained funding for an individual mobility and she analysed the level of use of this type of speech in the context of presidential elections in Moldova. In 2018, Mrs. Corobcenco contributed to the elaboration of the methodology of monitoring the hate speech in the Republic of Moldova, applied by the Promo-LEX Association. And from the same year, she also contributed to the process of monitoring this type of speech. Due to this activity, for the first time, in the Republic of Moldova, disaggregated data on hate speech were presented.

At the moment, Mrs. Corobcenco is responsible for the hate speech monitoring in the public space and mass-media in the Republic of Moldova at the Promo-LEX Association and for hate speech preventing and advocacy activities.
