Read me:

1)    Reporting templates for habitats and species with information: most optional fields were left blank in this example. You might decide to fill them in, in any case, this information will not be flagged as ERROR.

2)    Reporting templates for habitats and species without information: ensure that you indicate “unknown” or “no data available” for all required fields.

In all cases, compulsory tables should at least contain the combination of HT/SP and biogeographical regions. Only table “Complementary Information” can be left completely blank.

Dates fields, such as “year_or_period”, “short-trend period”, “condition_good_short_term_trend_period”, etc. are required. However, in cases where there is no data available, you might leave them blank or fill them in with the current reporting period. If the first case, there will be flagged as ERROR when dates are not submitted, we will ignore these ERRORS for reports without data.

When pressures are unknown or there is no data, please, use PX04 and/or PX05. Then, in the table of measures, measures needed should be reported as “No”.
