Question 1 [paraphrased from Serbian language]:

“Are only trainers accredited by the National Academy for Public Administration eligible to apply?”

Answer 1:

Yes, as stated in the Tender File (“Eligibility criteria”, Section D. “Assessment”), only trainers accredited by the National Academy for Public Administration (NAPA) are allowed to apply as we are implementing accredited training programmes (also accredited by NAPA) in line with the legal framework on local government employees and professional development system. This Programme activity has therefore been designed and endorsed by the Programme Partners in order to strengthen the professional development system by implementing accredited training programmes with accredited trainers/training providers.
