-       Round table discussion with: Antje Rothemund, Head of CoE Youth Department, George Metz, member of CDEJ (Luxembourg), Heli Lehto, Villa Elba (Finland), Representative of a German youth centre network (Germany)

-       World Café / working groups addressing the issues of:

o   interests, opportunities and challenges in setting up a national system of  quality standards for youth centres

o   the role and possibilities for CoE Quality Labelled youth centres to support and coordinate a national system

o   developing a ‘generic model’ of a national quality label for youth centres
