WORKSHOPS

The afternoon's activities will be organised as workshops concerning some items on the agenda. These workshops will allow exchanges in smaller groups and more informal discussions.

The content of the discussions during these workshops will enrich the ongoing work of the CEPEJ-SATURN Centre and the CEPEJ-GT-QUAL.

This year, the following workshops are proposed:

·         Workshop 1: The role of parties and legal professionals in procedural delay

The Pilot courts are invited to give their opinions on the role of the parties and their representatives, in particular, in the various phases of the judicial procedure

·         Workshop 2: New dashboard models (e.g. Slovak model)

The pilot courts are invited to present the Network with the tables, graphs or statistics used for the day-to-day management of the court, as well as their case weighting systems.

·         Workshop 3: Improving the quality of the judge’s work through better knowledge-sharing and collaboration

The pilot courts are invited to give their opinions on the resources and difficulties encountered in the area of judicial communication

Workshop Synthesis: Each workshop will appoint a rapporteur to share the conclusions of the plenary discussions.
