Main purpose:

avoidance of double payment of social security contributions for posted workers who are permanently employed in one country and work in the other

Country: country (or region within country) with which your state concluded a coordination agreement.

Date of signature: date on which the agreement has been signed.

Date of entry into force: date on which the agreement started to become applicable.

Personal scope:

Indicate with an “X” in the table:

whether the agreement is covering only national of the countries which are party to the agreement; or

whether the agreement is open to all citizens, whatever their citizenship/nationality, as long as they are/have been insured in the concerned countries (party to the agreement).

In case the agreement is of a mixed type – some clauses only for citizens, some other clauses for all socially insured regardless of their citizenship - try to indicate shortly for which clauses you apply the one or the other method for delineating your scope.
