Personal scope:

Indicate with an “X” in the table:

whether the agreement is covering only national of the countries which are party to the agreement;

or

whether the agreement is open to all citizens, whatever their citizenship/nationality, as long as they are/have been insured in the concerned countries (party to the agreement).

In case the agreement is of a mixed type – some clauses only for citizens, some other clauses for all socially insured regardless their citizenship - try to indicate shortly for which clauses you apply the one or the other method for delineating your scope.

Applicable legislation:
