Decisions
The Deputies
1. approved the financial statements of the Council of Europe for the year ended 31 December 2024, in the light of the opinion of the External Auditor (CM(2025)100-add2), and accordingly adopted Resolution CM/Res(2025)4;
2. approved the budgetary management accounts of the General Budget for the year ended 31 December 2024 (Ordinary Budget, Subsidiary Service Budgets, Subsidiary Budgets of the European Youth Centres, Subsidiary Budget for Publications, Extraordinary Budget, Pensions Budget and Pension Reserve Fund, Budget of the European Youth Foundation), in the light of the opinion of the External Auditor (CM(2025)100-add2), and accordingly adopted Resolution CM/Res(2025)5;
3. took note of the the situation of special accounts as at 31 December 2024, as it appears in document CM(2025)100-add;
4. agreed to transmit the above-mentioned financial statements and budgetary management accounts to the Parliamentary Assembly for information.
