7.     Good practices in judicial timeframes - Update 2014

Presentation of good practices [Three categories: (1) Monitoring cases in terms of judicial timeframes,  (2) Definition of objectives for the court, sections of the court, the types of cases, judges and staff (3) Cooperation with the parties and lawyers for fixing the timetable (procedural steps) of a case in advance] and synthesis of comments from the pilot courts by Marco Fabri.
