-       General discussion on the scope of the update of the Recommendation (2002)13 on the publication and dissemination in member States of the text of the European Convention on Human Rights and of the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights and elements for possible inclusion in the update;

-       Discussion and agreement on priorities to be given to draft texts identified in the DH-SYSC-V mandate.

-       Invitation to the interested delegations to submit to the DH-SYSC-V concrete drafting proposals on the topic of issues arising at the stage of the execution of judgments and decisions concerning the extraterritorial application of the Convention.

-       Invitation to the DH-SYSC-V to continue its discussions, in the light notably of the possible drafting proposals which will be submitted by the delegations.
