Today, at the Council of Europe, we commemorate yet another year of russia's aggression, highlighting the Ukrainian people's resilience. Our presence reaffirms our dedication to freedom, democracy, and the rule of law. Ukraine's struggle against aggression has showcased its determination to protect democracy and reject the Kremlin's attempts to undermine its statehood. Yet, as a big banner once installed in Kyiv Maidan after the Revolution of Dignity profoundly reminded us, "Freedom is our religion," and it is this creed that fuels our relentless pursuit of liberty, humanity, and dignity.

Despite russia's ongoing attacks, Ukraine has demonstrated remarkable strength, debunking myths of a swift defeat and recapturing significant territories. This resilience, coupled with international support, has been crucial. However, achieving peace necessitates more than just endurance; it requires increased aid and a collective effort to expedite Ukraine's victory.

We are committed to a peace that does not compromise on tyranny or occupation, reflecting Ukrainian people's stance against territorial concessions. The international community must bolster its stance against the aggressor to prevent further atrocities.

Our relentless pursuit of freedom, supported by global solidarity, is destined for victory. Let us not question the duration of this war, but rather how we can accelerate our common triumph. The math is simple - more support equals faster victory, equals peace. Ukraine’s Peace Formula aims not just for our nation's security but for worldwide stability. We urge the global community to join us in this fight against tyranny, ensuring a future where democracy prevails.
