DRAFT AGENDA

THEME: DETECTING DELAYS IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS

The objective of the meeting is to exchange views with CEPEJ pilot courts on a possible new tool enabling to analyse timeframes of various steps in civil proceedings and agree on the way forward. As a first step, the CEPEJ-SATURN envisaged to collect data related to the different procedural steps in civil proceedings and reasons for the occurrence of delays. For this purpose, the CEPEJ-SATURN proposes to submit a short draft questionnaire on detecting delays in civil proceedings. The discussion at the meeting will serve to gather feedback on the content of this draft questionnaire whose revised version will be submitted in electronic form to the pilot courts after the meeting.
