Decisions
The Deputies, in their composition restricted to the Representatives of the states of the Council of Europe which are members of the Partial Agreement in the Social and Public Health Field,[1]
1. adopted Resolution ResAP(2005)2 on packaging inks applied to the non-food contact surface of food packaging materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs as it appears at Appendix 3 to the present volume of Decisions;
2. adopted Resolution ResAP(2005)3 on healthy eating in schools as it appears at Appendix 4 to the present volume of Decisions;
3. took note of the abridged report of the 75th meeting of the CD-P-SP, as it appears in document CM(2005)131, as a whole;
4. brought the above-mentioned report to the attention of the representatives of the other Council of Europe member states;
5. drew the attention of the European Health Committee (CDSP) to the full version of that report as it appears in document CD-P-SP(2005)27 final.
