Action– Item proposed for adoption without debate To adopt this draft resolution, as it appears in document CM(2010)19.

1.         The GR-H considered the draft resolution on the implementation of the Framework Convention by San Marino at its meeting on 23 March 2010. At that meeting, the Chairman noted that the Group could approve the text and agreed to refer it to the Deputies at their 1082nd meeting on 14 April 2010 with a view to its adoption without further debate.

2.         The text of the draft resolution is contained in document CM(2010)19.
