At their 1273bis meeting (14 December 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1273bis/3.1), the Deputies adopted the following reply to the texts adopted by the Standing Committee (Nicosia, 25 November 2016):

“The Committee of Ministers took note of Recommendation 2096 (2016) and Resolutions 2138 to 2140 (2016) adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at its Standing Committee (Nicosia, 25 November 2016).

The Committee of Ministers entrusted Recommendation 2096 (2016) to the relevant Rapporteur Group with a view to preparing a draft reply for adoption at an early date.”

At their 1272^nd meeting (30 November 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1272/3.1b), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 714 by Mr Mogens Jensen: “Demining in Ukraine” (CM/AS(2016)Quest714-final).

At their 1271^st meeting (16 November 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1271/3.1d), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 708 by Mr Pieter Omtzigt: “The refusal by Mr Putin and Mr Poroshenko to answer a letter from the families of MH17 victims on missing radar data” (CM/AS(2016)Quest708-final).

At their 1271^st meeting (16 November 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1271/3.1c), the Deputies instructed the Chair to inform the President of the Parliamentary Assembly that “owing to a lack of consensus, it has not been possible to adopt a reply” to Written Question No. 703 by Mr Seyidov: “Azerbaijani civilians illegally imprisoned by Armenia”.

At their 1270^th meeting (9 November 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1270/3.1c), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 709 by Mr Dirk Van der Maelen: “The production of foie gras” (CM/AS(2016)Quest709-final).

At their 1269^th meeting (26 October 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1269/3.1b), the Deputies adopted the following reply to the texts adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at the 4^th part of the 2016 Session (Strasbourg, 10-14 October 2016):

“The Committee of Ministers took note of Resolutions 2130 to 2137 (2016) adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at its 4^th part of the 2016 Session (Strasbourg, 10-14 October 2016).”

At their 1268^th meeting (18 October 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1268/3.1), the Deputies took note of the report of Mr Jürgen Ligi, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Estonia and Chair of the Committee of Ministers, to the Parliamentary Assembly (CM/AS(2016)7) and of his statement (CM/AS(2016)8). They took note of the replies given to parliamentary questions by the Chairman of the Committee of Ministers (AS(2016)CR31).

At their 1267^th meeting (5 October 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1267/3.2b), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 704 by Mr Valeriu Ghiletchi: “Legislation and practice of removal of children from their families in Norway” (CM/AS(2016)Quest704-final).

At their 1267^th meeting (5 October 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1267/3.2c), the Deputies adopted the reply to the Written Question No. 710 by Mr Pieter Omtzigt: “Human rights violations in Turkey under the state of emergency” (CM/AS(2016)Quest710-final).

At their 1267^th meeting (5 October 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1267/3.2d), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 711 by Mr Volodymyr Ariev: “The position of the Russian Federation regarding the alerts about Russia posted on the Council of Europe Platform to promote the protection of journalism and safety of journalists” (CM/AS(2016)Quest711-final).

At their 1266^th meeting (28 September 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1266/3.1a), the Deputies adopted the reply to the Written Question No. 705 by Mr Pieter Omtzigt: “The intelligence failures around suicide bomber Ibrahim El Bakraoui” (CM/AS(2016)Quest705-final).

At their 1264^th meeting (14 September 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1264/3.1d), the Deputies instructed the Chair to inform the President of the Parliamentary Assembly that, “owing to a lack of consensus it has not been possible to adopt a reply” to Written Question No. 698 by Mr Jensen.

At their 1262nd meeting (6 July 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1262/3.2a), the Deputies instructed the Chair to inform the President of the Parliamentary Assembly that, “owing to a lack of consensus it has not been possible to adopt a reply to Written Question No. 687 to the Committee of Ministers by Ms Kerstin Lundgren on “The situation of freedom of expression and freedom of assembly in Russia”.”

At their 1262nd meeting (6 July 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1262/3.2b), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 700 by Mr Nikolaj Villumsen: “Implementation of the recommendation of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe concerning Roma inclusion” (CM/AS(2016)Quest700-final).

At their 1262nd meeting (6 July 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1262/3.2c), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 706 by Mr Jeffrey Donaldson: “Avoidance of abortion as a family planning method” (CM/AS(2016)Quest706-final).

At their 1262nd meeting (6 July 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1262/3.2e), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 702 by Mr Dirk Van der Maelen: “Force-feeding in the production of foie gras” (CM/AS(2016)Quest702-final).

At their 1262nd meeting (6 July 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1262/3.1b), the Deputies adopted the following reply to the texts adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at the 3rd part of the 2016 Session (Strasbourg, 20-24 June 2016):

“The Committee of Ministers took note of Recommendations 2092 to 2095 (2016) and Resolutions 2118 to 2129 (2016) adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at its 3rd part of the 2016 Session (Strasbourg, 20-24 June 2016).

The Committee of Ministers entrusted Recommendations 2092 to 2095 (2016) to the competent organs and/or committees of experts for information and possible comments and to the relevant Rapporteur Groups with a view to preparing draft replies for adoption at an early date.”

At their 1261st meeting (29 June 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1261/3.1), the Deputies took note of the report of Ms Marina Kaljurand, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Estonia and Chair of the Committee of Ministers, to the Parliamentary Assembly (CM/AS(2016)5) and of her statement (CM/AS(2016)6). They took note of the replies given to parliamentary questions by the Chairman of the Committee of Ministers (AS(2016)CR22).

At their 1260th meeting (15 June 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1260/3.3a), the Deputies adopted the reply to the Written Question No. 707 by Mr Pieter Omtzigt: “Unanswered questions by the Committee of Ministers on Ms Savchenko and political prisoners in Azerbaijan”, as it appears in document CM/AS(2016)Quest707-final.

At their 1260th meeting (15 June 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1260/3.2), the Deputies adopted the following reply to the texts adopted by the Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly (Tallinn, 27 May 2016):

“The Committee of Ministers took note of Resolutions 2116 (2016) to 2117 (2016) adopted by the Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly (Tallinn, 27 May 2016).”

At their 1256th meeting (11 May 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1256/3.1b), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 699 by Ms Dzhema Grozdanova on the “Sofia Declaration of 27 November 2015 adopted by the Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly”.

At their 1255th meeting (4 May 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1255/3.2a), the Deputies adopted the reply to the Written Question No. 694 by Mr Boriss Cilevičs: “Ratification of the Council of Europe's treaties on minority rights”.

At their 1255th meeting (4 May 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1255/3.1), the Deputies adopted the following reply to the texts adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at the 2nd part of the 2016 Session (Strasbourg, 18-22 April 2016):

“The Committee of Ministers took note of Recommendations 2088 to 2091 (2016) and Resolutions 2103 to 2115 (2016) adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly at its 2nd part of the 2016 Session (Strasbourg, 18-22 April 2016).

The Committee of Ministers entrusted Recommendations 2088 to 2091 (2016) to the competent organs and/or committees of experts for information and possible comments and to the relevant Rapporteur Groups with a view to preparing draft replies for adoption at an early date.”

At their 1254th meeting (27 April 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1254/3.2a), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 696 by Mr Arcadio Diaz Tejera on “Social security contributions by Spanish sailors in Norway”.

At their 1254th meeting (27 April 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1254/3.1), the Deputies took note of the report of Mr Daniel Mitov, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria and Chairman of the Committee of Ministers, to the Parliamentary Assembly (CM/AS(2016)3) and of his statement (CM/AS(2016)4). The Deputies took note of the replies given to parliamentary questions by the Chairman of the Committee of Ministers (AS(2016)CR15).

At their 1251st meeting (15-16 March 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1251/3.1), the Deputies adopted the following reply to the texts adopted by the Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly (Paris, 4 March 2016):

“The Committee of Ministers took note of Opinions 291 and 292 (2016) and Resolutions 2099 (2016) to 2102 (2016) adopted by the Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly (Paris, 4 March 2016).

The Committee of Ministers entrusted Opinions 291 and 292 (2016) to the competent Committee of Experts for information and to the relevant Rapporteur Group for follow-up.”

At their 1249th meeting (2 and 3 March 2016) (CM/Del/Dec(2016)1249/3.1c), the Deputies adopted the reply to Written Question No. 689 by Mr Pieter Omtzigt: “Legal proceedings concerning Mr van der Dussen and failures in the Spanish judicial system”.
