Participants are kindly requested to make their own reservations at the hotel of their choice.
Please note that the Warwick Barsey Hotel has a limited number of rooms available for participants at a preferential rate of 149 € (single, breakfast included) or 178 € (double, breakfast included) plus a supplement of 7.58 € city tax per room/per night. To reserve, please complete the attached reservation form and return it to the hotel no later than 14 November 2014.
MEALS
Participants are cordially invited to a buffet lunch on Thursday 4 December and to a cocktail (tbc) on the evening of 4 December 2014.

from paris
Take direction Mons E19. At the end of the E19 keep right and take the Brussels ring road. Take Exit 18 for Drogenbos , then right direction Uccle. You will be on the rue De Stalle. Continue straight ahead on avenue Brugmann. Then take Chaussée de Charleroi and at the end of this road at the Stéphanie round about, take the first exit on the right onto Avenue Louise et head for the hotel N° 381 on the right.
from the netherlands and antwerp
On the E19, follow the E40 to Liège. On the ring road take the exit for Bruxelles-Liège-Louvain and continue following the signs for Brussels. When you enter Brussels, follow the signs for Centre-Centrum going through the tunnel. On exiting the tunnel continue straight on to the avenue Cortenbergh. When you reach the Schuman roundabout take the second exit on the right to «Rue de la Loi». At the large cross roads with Boulevard du Régent, turn left and enter the tunnel. Take the exit «Louise - La Cambre » where you will be on the avenue Louise. The hotel is situated at n° 381.
FROM Luxembourg
From Luxembourg and Namur on the E411 follow the E40 to Liège. When you get to the ring road take the exit for Bruxelles-Liège-Louvain and follow signs for Bruxelles. When entering Brussels follow signs for Centre-Centrum and enter the tunnel. On exiting the tunnel, continue straight on to Avenue de Cortenbergh.
