b. Draft Additional Protocol to the Council of Europe Convention on Laundering, Search, Seizure and Confiscation of the Proceeds from Crime and on the Financing of Terrorism and its draft Explanatory Report – Transmission to the Parliamentary Assembly for opinion

Decisions

The Deputies

1.         agreed to transmit the draft Additional Protocol to the Council of Europe Convention on Laundering, Search, Seizure and Confiscation of the Proceeds from Crime and on the Financing of Terrorism and its draft Explanatory Report, as they appear in documents CM(2026)2-add1 and CM(2026)2-add2 respectively, to the Parliamentary Assembly and invited the Parliamentary Assembly to give an opinion on the draft Protocol as soon as possible;

2.         in the light of the above decision, took note of the abridged report of the 88th plenary meeting of the European Committee on Crime Problems (CDPC), as a whole.
