Decisions
The Deputies
1. took note of Opinion No. 20 (2025) of the Consultative Council of European Prosecutors (CCPE) on diversity and inclusivity within prosecution services, as it appears in document CM(2026)16-add, which will be forwarded to the competent authorities in the member States, while encouraging its translation into appropriate languages if need be, and to the relevant bodies of the Council of Europe, in order that they may take account of it in their work;
2. in the light of the above decision, took note of the abridged report of the 20th plenary meeting of the CCPE, as it appears in document CM(2026)16, as a whole.
