As regards individual measures
1. noting the placement again of an applicant (De Smedt (case of Smits and Others)) in prison, invited the authorities to provide him with the maximum care required by his state of health, pending his transfer to a suitable facility; also invited them to keep the Committee informed of the situation of applicants for whom a return to prison remains possible;
As regards general measures
2. adopted the Interim resolution CM/ResDH(2024)331.
