Resolution CM/Res(2024)19 on the Extraordinary Budget relating to buildings expenditure for 2025 (Adopted by the Committee of Ministers on 27 November 2024 at the 1513th meeting of the Ministers' Deputies)

 

 

The Committee of Ministers, under the terms of Article 16 of the Statute of the Council of Europe,

Having regard to Article 38.b and c of the said Statute;

Having regard to Resolution Res(94)31;

Having regard to Articles 3, 6, 7, 8, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 23 of the Financial Regulations;

Having regard to Resolution CM/Res(2023)23 approving the Budget for 2024, as well as the Budget for 2025 on a provisional basis;

Having regard to the adjusted Extraordinary Budget for 2025, as submitted by the Secretary General (documents CM(2024)130, CM(2024)130-add);

Having regard to the report of the Budget Committee (document CM(2024)135),

Decides:

1.         The scale of contributions by member States to the Extraordinary Budget, according to Table B appended hereto, is adopted with effect from 1 January 2025.

2.         The Extraordinary Budget for 2025, with expenditure and receipts totalling €5 103 700, as shown in the appended Table A, is hereby approved.

3.         The amount to be paid by member States for the financial year 2025 by way of contribution is €5 103 700, according to Table B appended hereto.
