Decisions
The Deputies
1. having regard to Resolution CM/Res(2023)32 which provisionally approved this budget for 2025, approved the Budget of the Enlarged Agreement on the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) and the scale of contributions for 2025, and consequently adopted Resolution CM/Res(2024)28;
2. approved, with effect from 1 January 2025, a rate of daily allowance of €195 for:
- consultants, personalities and members of delegations from central and eastern European countries attending meetings held at the seat of the Commission in Venice and whose expenses are charged to the budget of the Enlarged Agreement;
- members of the Commission on official journeys acting as rapporteurs at the request of the Commission and whose expenses are charged to the budget of the Enlarged Agreement.
