1.         noted that in the cases appearing in document CM/Del/Dec(2024)1501/D-add, no information has been provided to the Committee of Ministers or that the information provided concerning the payment of the just satisfaction awarded by the European Court is incomplete;

2.         invited the States concerned to provide information confirming payment of the sums in question without delay.
