Action – Item proposed for adoption without debate To take note of the names and the curricula vitae of the persons appointed by Croatia, Liechtenstein and Albania to serve as ECRI members in respect of these countries for a term of office of five years, starting on 2 July 2024, 29 May 2024 and 21 February 2024, respectively. |
1. Document DGII/Inf(2024)01 reproduces the curricula vitae of the persons appointed by the authorities of Croatia, Liechtenstein and Albania as ECRI members in respect of these countries. They were communicated to the Secretary General on 8 December 2023 in the case of the person appointed by the authorities of Croatia and on 14 December 2023 in the case of the persons appointed by the authorities of Liechtenstein and Albania. The procedure for the appointment of ECRI members can be consulted here.[2]
2. The GR-H examined these appointments at its meeting on 20 February 2024 and concluded that they could be transmitted to the Deputies for them to take note thereof.

DRAFT DECISION
The Deputies took note of the names and the curricula vitae of the persons appointed by Croatia, Liechtenstein and Albania to serve as ECRI members in respect of these countries for a term of office of five years, starting on 2 July 2024, 29 May 2024 and 21 February 2024, respectively, as contained in document DGII/Inf(2024)01.
