The Rapporteur Group on Programme, Budget and Administration (GR-PBA) agreed to recommend that the Deputies adopt the draft decisions below without further debate.

DRAFT DECISIONS

The Deputies

1.         took note of the situation concerning unpaid contributions to the various budgets and funds of the Council of Europe as at 31 December 2023, as it appears in document CM(2024)21;

2.         noted that the Secretary General is monitoring the situation closely and is communicating with the competent authorities of the member States and non-members of the Council of Europe with a view to ensuring that the necessary measures would be taken for their financial obligations to be met, in line with the Statute and the Financial Regulations.
