DRAFT DECISIONS

The Deputies

1.         took note of the second report for 2023 of the Management Board of the Pension Reserve Fund, as it appears in document CM(2024)11;

2.         approved the nomination, on a provisional basis, of Mr George Pumffrey as Chair of the Management Board of the Pension Reserve Fund;

3.         approved the Code of conduct of the Management Board of the Pension Reserve Fund, as it appears at Appendix III to the above-mentioned report.
