The Deputies

1.         noted that, in the cases indicated in document CM/Del/Dec(2021)1419/E-add, action plans setting out the measures planned to abide by the judgments of the Court have been provided;

2.         invited the authorities of the member States concerned to keep the Committee of Ministers regularly informed of the progress made in the implementation of these action plans.
