The Deputies

1. noted that in the cases appearing in document CM/Del/Dec(2021)1419/D-add, no information has been provided to the Committee of Ministers or that the information provided concerning the payment of the just satisfaction awarded by the European Court is incomplete;

2. invited the States concerned to provide information confirming payment of the sums in question without delay;

3. no comment having been sent regarding document CM/Inf/DH(2021)15 on Monitoring of the payment of sums awarded by way of just satisfaction: an overview of the Committee of Ministers’ present practice; took note of this document.
