Decision

Having regard to the conflicts and crises in Europe, the Committee of Ministers took note of the position of national delegations and of the work conducted by the Council of Europe in this respect. The Committee of Ministers also took note of the 19^th consolidated report on the conflict in Georgia (October 2018 – March 2019) of the Secretary General (SG/Inf(2019)12) as well as statements of member States on this matter.
