Decisions
The representatives in the Committee of Ministers of Albania, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Republic of Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine and United Kingdom, as well as the representatives of the European Union, Canada, Japan and the United States of America,
1. adopted Resolution CM/Res(2023)3 establishing the Enlarged Partial Agreement on the Register of Damage Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine;
2. in this context, agreed that the resolution shall enter into force on 16 May 2023 and that any member or observer State, other State or international organisation joining the Enlarged Partial Agreement, as a Participant or Associate Member, until that date (12.00 noon) shall be a founding member of the Register and listed as such.
