1360th meeting, 13 November 2019   Introduction

 

At the start of the meeting, the Chair welcomed Monsignor Marco Ganci, Permanent Observer of the Holy See.  He wished him a pleasant stay in Strasbourg and a successful mission within the Committee.  He then bade farewell to Mr Alexander Tarasov, Deputy to the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation.  He thanked him for his contribution to the work of the Committee.
