06/46 European Social Charter – European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR) – Election of members
(CM(2006)173, CM(2006)173-add and CM(2006)173-addcorr, CM/Notes/979/4.4)
The GR-H is invited to hold an informal exchange of views on the list of candidates, with a view to the election of five members at the Deputies’ 979th meeting (8 November 2006).
06/32 Parliamentary Assembly Recommendation 1735 (2006) – The concept of “nation” – Draft reply
It is recalled that the draft reply to this recommendation was first discussed by the GR-H in accordance with the Deputies decision. A revised version of the text was then prepared containing the various proposals made by delegations in the GR-H meeting (document CM/AS(2006)Rec1735-prov2). The revised text was discussed in the Rapporteur Group on Legal Co-operation (GR-J) on 21 September 2006. The results of that discussion are reflected in document CM/AS(2006)Rec1735-prov3. The GR-J agreed that it would be useful if the GR-H examine that text before transmitting it to the Deputies for adoption.
