The scope of the missions of the national Inspections services and their evolution: experience reports of various Member States (statutes, scope of the missions, methodology, deontology, guarantees of independence)
Speakers : a representative of a state where the Inspection service is attached to the Justice ministry, of a state where the Inspection service is attached to a Justice council, of a country where the Inspection service is attached to a Justice council, and of a state where the Inspection service depends of another organization
Theme 2 :
The international dimension of the Inspection services missions (technical cooperation for member states, candidate countries for EU membership and third countries, the control of the European judicial cooperation instruments effectiveness transposed into national law)

What could be the national Inspection services contribution to the evaluation process and what kind of collaboration can be considered with these institutions? (methods, transmission of objective, reliable and comparable data on the quality, independence and efficiency of national judicial systems, creation of standards and new quality indicators)
Speakers : a representative of the “quality and efficiency unit” of the DG Justice of the European Commission, a representative of the French Inspection service and a representative of a another European country Inspection service
