Tajikistan: roundtable discussion on combating domestic violence and violence against women with civil society organisations
2 DECEMBER 2022, DUSHANBE

The roundtable gathered around 12 representatives of Tajik civil society organisations. They discussed the challenges they face in their work in Tajikistan to prevent and combat violence against women and learned best practices from the State  Parties to Council of Europe Istanbul Convention.

The European Union Delegation to Kazakhstan organised a high-level event in Astana to mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the European Union and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Opened by the European Union Ambassador and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this event was attended by representatives of national authorities, the diplomatic community and the private sector.
