The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy

The Fund for Pension and Invalidity Insurance

This is a public institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. The Fund is responsible for the implementation of the legislation regarding the pension and invalidity insurance which it achieves inter alias through the 20 regional offices and 10 district offices. Agency for Supervision of Fully Funded Pension Insurance

An independent regulatory body under the supervision of the Parliament. The Agency is responsible for overseeing the operations of the private pension companies which manage the private pension funds. The address of the Agency is:

The National Employment Agency

Operates through local offices and is responsible for the unemployment benefits and the active labour policy implementation. It is also an independent body under the supervision of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. The address of the Agency is:
