- Taking stock of what has been carried out following the recommendations of the CEPEJ expert on 19 November 2015 (statistics).

- Follow-up on the previous recommendations by the CEPEJ expert
- Identification of other possible areas of improvement in the case assignment system
- Amendments to be brought to the Judicial Performance Framework according to these identified areas of improvement
