All submissions will be accepted for publication, as long as they meet certain minimum requirements. The Council of Europe will assess and analyse the information received with regard had to these minimum requirements and is entirely free to determine which presentations or which parts thereof will be added to the website. The submitted text may be subject to editing to ensure a unified and integrated presentation of projects.

Projects may be submitted by teachers or school directors only. The person submitting a project presentation shall guarantee that reproduction and/or publication by the Council of Europe of the submitted texts, images or any other materials shall not result in any infringement of third-party rights. However, in cases where the Council of Europe becomes liable as a result of such a violation, the person having submitted the presentation shall indemnify the Council of Europe for any consequential damage.
