Examination of the national reports for Conclusions 2016 of the Charter and Conclusions XXI-1(2016) of the 1961 Charter

The Committee is in the course of examining country reports submitted for the current reporting cycle covering Charter provisions relating to “Employment, training and equal opportunities”.

- Examination of the situation as regards Malta, Andorra, the United Kingdom, Montenegro, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Finland, Denmark, Georgia, Slovak Republic, Portugal, Germany, Azerbaijan, Italy and Poland ;

- Follow-up to collective complaints as regards Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Slovenia.
