To be eligible, you must be a regional network active in at least 4 and not more than 6 Council of Europe member states. In addition to the information given in your registration form, you have 2,000 characters to explain the structure and role of the secretariat. Do you employ paid staff or volunteers? If so, please attach copies of the employment certificates below.

Activities already supported
To be eligible, your network must have had 3 international activities during the previous 3 years – either an EYF grant or an EYC study session. As this structural grant is for 2014, the period for activities already supported concerns 2011-2013. For example, if you had two Category A grants in 2011, a study session in 2012 and a Category A and a Category B grant in 2013 you will be eligible. You will not be eligible if you have not had any EYF grant or EYC study session in 2012 or 2013 (i.e. if your last grant or study session was in 2011), or if you have only organised study sessions.
