Estonia was very proud to become a part of the «Crystal Scales of Justice» Prize awarding ceremony that took place in Aveiro, Portugal on the 16th of October 2014 and to present its project «Central Database for Justice (E-File)» together with the nominees of three other countries (Germany, The Netherlands, and Spain).

All together, the initiative of Spain «Better Solution for People’s Rights» concerning online legal aid, which became the winner of the event, and initiatives of Germany and Holland provided great interest and useful information to the local society in the field of digitalized justice.

As far as no wide-range project in the area of family or European law have been started in Estonia, the results of Germany «Accelerated Familial Procedure» and Holland «European Courts Weblog and European Law Newsletters» could be easily taken as a good example and starting point.

All the participants of the ceremony, including the host, organisators, representatives of the CEPEJ and nominees taking part of the event were very welcoming and friendly. It was really nice to share the experience gained during a hard work, get useful contacts and the information related to the projects presented. The willingness to support each other in further undertakings and future projects was one of the most positive feedbacks of the happened event.

Estonia, on its turn, will be ready to support members of the CEPEJ with its knowledge and experience gained during last ten years or more in the field on the e-Governance and digitalized justice system.
